Covid 19 Message From Gary B. Frisch

To our valued clients:

We at Monheit Frisch Group PLC, like so many of our clients and community, continue to navigate the ever changing COVID-19 pandemic. We are staying up-to-date on the latest developments. The actions we are taking include monitoring resources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); the World Health Organization (WHO); the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); and our local public health department. Our thoughts are with those impacted by COVID-19 including the health care professionals, first responders and related officials on the front lines of this evolving situation.

Our company was founded on the core values of trust, client success, innovation, and equality. These values are unwavering and continue to guide everything we do. First and foremost, the health and safety of our team members and clients remains our priority. Inevitably, the measures that we have taken and will continue to take to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will impact how we conduct our business. While our methods of communication and processes may change, the one thing that will not change is our commitment to providing exceptional client services delivered by a team of professionals who view themselves as an extension of your team and are dedicated to your success.

In order to safeguard both our team members and clients, we are taking the following steps:

  • Utilizing phone and video conferences for all client meetings
    Although we enjoy face-to-face contact with our clients, we are shifting all customer meetings and communications to be done by phone or video conference at this time.
  • Updated office and telephone hours (until further notice)
    Lobby Hours
    (for document drop off only)
    9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Thursday
    Phone Hours
    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
  • Establishing secure drop off for client materials
    Our office will have a designated, secure area for dropping off all documents and information. As you come into our lobby, you will see a secure drop box, envelopes, and pens. Please insert your personal documents into a provided envelope before placing them into the drop box.
    Due to reduced lobby hours, items may currently be dropped off between the hours of
    9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Thursday. If possible, please contact us before coming to the office to ensure lobby availability as this situation is constantly evolving.
  • Limiting on-site work
    To encourage social distancing measures and proper isolation to protect against spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have encouraged employees to work remotely whenever possible. Rest assured we have policies and procedures in place to protect and secure all client confidential data. This will result in reduced (if not non-existent) in-person interactions yet allows us to continue providing professional guidance you have come to expect by way of telephone support.
  • Suspending all business travel
    Monheit Frisch Group PLC is suspending all business travel at this time but will continue to provide services and support our clients remotely.
  • Maintaining essential operations
    In the event a temporary closure is necessary, we have contingencies in place to prevent disruptions of service and continue our operations.
  • Ongoing monitoring of COVID-19 guidance
    We are closely monitoring updates from government and regulatory bodies that impact our clients and are prepared to respond to changes in deadlines and guidance from these entities.
  • Ongoing monitoring of U.S. Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authority guidance
    We are constantly monitoring all taxing authority communications to ensure we are up-to-date concerning the upcoming tax filing deadlines. As of March 20, the U.S. Treasury has officially extended the federal tax filing and payment deadlines. Many states are making similar adjustments and we continue to actively monitor these developments as well. Rest assured we will take all necessary steps to ensure our clients remain in compliance with all tax filing and payment regulations.

We will do everything possible to keep providing you with the same premium services, sensitivity and collaboration that you have come to rely upon from our firm. We appreciate your support and understanding of these changes and ongoing challenges. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any of us with your questions, concerns or requests for additional information.

We are continuing to answer emails. They are responded to as received but please call for any urgent matters.

Due to the lightning speed at which information is becoming available and changing, please provide us with your email address for future communication as constant updates are difficult to provide via regular mail services. We also encourage you to visit our website for the latest information on office hours and tax updates.
